EUR global business Developing and implementing the strategic agenda and laying the foundation for aggressive growth Providing leadership to the team with focus on strategy, product and portfolio management Acting as site leader (approx. 30 employees) Analysing of existing and new markets as well as current and future customers' needs Subsequent implementation of growth strategies to win market shares and create new business opportunities Defining of the sales & marketing strategy and finding synergies with the offering of other Business Units in the group Close cooperation with the HQ in Scandinavia Budgeting and investment planning Direct reporting to the General Manager in the HQ
