Supervision of the NPIC-team in close cooperation with the NPIC Manager to support integration, ramp and stabilization of NPI-Products on HLA- and system-level Responsible for day-to-day business Manage tasks and goals of individual employees Develop individuals and the team for excellence Manage the NPIC shopfloor to meet shipment requirements in cooperation with the production planning and NPI engineering teams, including product and process change management, asset and budget management, production documentation Support the product management and development teams to enable fast TTM, fast TTQ and product maintenance over lifetime Reporting of shopfloor and production status to senior management and stakeholders Contribute to fast and sustainable solution of technical issues Contribute, drive and manage in cross-functional development and enhancement projects
