Technical Proposals Specialist (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Analysis of information received from Request for Proposal (RFP) and from Licensing Department Coordination and lead of internal meetings to determine the type of RFP response, content of deliverables and sales strategy Development of customized technical proposals including quality and content such as determination of plant layout, process description, PFDs, sized equipment list, NPV and capital cost estimation, process guarantees Close collaboration with different departments to collate the final proposal Management and monitoring of timelines and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet the RFP Technical discussion and representation of the company in both F2F meetings and video conferences Support of Licensing Department during the entire sales process Ongoing proposal process simplification efforts and tool development to drive productivity gains
