Change Management and Learning Professional (m/f/d)
As a Change Management and Learning Professional you conceptualize, socialize, drive and implement comprehensive, clear and pragmatic learning and change methods to support major project-based learning and change initiatives. Consult with and coach project managers, sponsors and stakeholders is your task as well as design, develop and deliver comprehensive training plans to ensure impacted users are prepared to adapt to new skills, knowledge, abilities required for change. Lead learning and change initiatives across multiple projects with actionable deliverable plans for key change management levers, including Impact Assessment Analysis, Change Strategy, Stakeholder Assessments, Communications Plan and Knowledge Management. You work with cross-functional project team members to identify and develop solutions for complex project issues, partnering closely to ensure active exchange of information and communication among teams. You are responsible for the review of the business impact, assisting employees and managers through the transition of organizational change and you develop and implement employee experience approaches based on awareness of the details of the change and the audiences impacted by the change. You coordinate and facilitate change management workshops, training and activities and you increase awareness of change management by delivering training/seminars and continuously demonstrating the value of change enablement practices, services, and deliverables. You define and measure success metrics and regularly report on progress.
You are excellent positioned if you hold a master degree in Business Management, Change Management, Organizational Development or a related field. You have 3 - 5 years of professional experience with proven change management and learning track record involving large to mid-size companies. Furthermore, your experience could be gained from being employed in management consultancy, industry or a combination of both. You have profound knowledge and expertise in change management strategies, methodologies and frameworks as well as knowledge management and learning strategies. You have already demonstrated your strong facilitation skills, communications skills as well as presentation skills. You have a very good command of English in written and spoken language. In addition, you have knowledge of the German language.
