Guide commercial teams and the organization in their adoption of Agile values, principles, and techniques. Develop groups of people into high-performing teams. Encourage self-organization and enable transparency and product development flow. Facilitate teams in discovery processes, frame discussions, and make meetings and workshops valuable. Identify and analyze impediments to performance including outside interference and guide teams towards solutions in a commercial environment. Keep abreast of latest developments in Agile working and utilize the derived insights to continuously improve the Agile community in GSA. Empower teams to build, grow, and sustain incremental value creation. Fostering a continuous learning environment that helps teams review and adapt. Prioritize team backlog together with the Product Owner (e. g., Brand Lead).
University degree, with several years of working experience in Agile coaching and basic understanding of the agile principles in marketing, such as taking advantage of short-term market opportunities, working on multiple epics in parallel or external deadlines. Certified in at least one Agile or related framework such as PSM I + PSM II (Scrum.org), Scrum Alliance (CSM), SSM (SAFe®), Kanban, Design Thinking. Distinctive experience as both a team member and Scrum Master. Ideally, experience in supporting at least one Agile transformation preferably in a marketing and/or commercial operations environment. Living agile culture and values and spreading your passion for them among other teams. Excellent communication and servant leadership skills and you enjoy reaching out to others - to ensure transparency within the team and enable continuous improvement. Interpersonal savvy and ability to energize others. High competency in problem-solving and leading teams towards solutions. Strong conflict resolution skills to help your team to recognize and solve impediments at an early stage. Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and learn on the fly. Fluency in English and German in speaking and writing.
