Our client is a family-owned German company and an international market leader in the field of electrotechnical components for industrial applications. The company understands itself as a sustainable manufacturer, conserving resources and producing as little waste as possible. The company has several thousand employees worldwide and an annual revenue exceeding 1 Bio. Euro.
Aufgaben:
- Global responsibility for harmonization, standardization, and monitoring of S&OP and production planning processes
- Development and implementation of global demand and capacity strategies and a professional S&OP structure
- Continuous improvement of existing and implementation of new processes and tools
- Analysis and optimization of stock in close cooperation with production plants and warehouses worldwide
Qualifikationen:
- Technical or business degree
- Profound experience in the area of S&OP/ demand planning in an international environment
- Leadership experience in supply chain positions at an industrial company
- Good digital knowhow and knowledge in data analytics
- Long-term experience in working with planning tools and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Very good skills in English
- Trustworthy person living in the German-Swiss border region
