IT Manager - IT Support Technology (m/w/d)
Aufgaben:
- Managing international projects aimed at digitising support services
- Designing and implementing the technology roadmap for international IT support
- Creating a roadmap for the service desk of the future with a focus on AI
- Expanding our existing enterprise service management solution (ServiceNow)
- Providing comprehensive advise to departments on designing smooth and consistent processes and services
- Managing and continuously developing your own team
- Assuming responsibility for an IT service including the associated products
- Working closely with national and international departments, as well as with external development partners and product owners
Qualifikationen:
- A degree with a focus on information technology or business administration or similar qualifications/training
- Several years of experience in software development or user experience
- Experience in process automation/optimisation using workflow tools
- Expertise in the conception and design of services (service design thinking, service blueprinting)
- Experience in leading and developing individual employees and teams
- Very good German and English language skills
- Experience with shared services or IT support
- Experience with automation solutions and artificial intelligence
